I have been waiting ages to share this beautiful vintage dress on the blog. I wanted the perfect time and scenery and, oh boy, I’m glad I held out! I scored this dress from the second-hand clothing app, Poshmark, which allows users to buy and share fashion across the country. I’ve made money sharing my own clothes on Poshmark and bought some amazing pieces (including this dress). I would recommend the app to anyone!
When I received my dress from Poshmark, it had some loose stitching, which eventually tore a hole in the back. I used my dress-surgery skills so sew it up with my sewing machine, and called it good!
It’s bittersweet to say that this will be my last blog post in Oregon, the state I have called home for as long as I can remember. I have grown to love the outdoors, bike riding, the million shades of green, the dog-lovers, kombucha-drinkers, and, of course, the hippies (some of whom have even rubbed off on me). I will forever love and rock my Birkenstocks like a true Oregonian and continue to adventure to the nearest and greenest mountain tops. This one’s for you, Oregon.
We are on to our next chapter in Utah and couldn’t be more excited! Stick around for some new and epic adventures in exploration, fashion and inspiration!
Merry Christmas and happy holidays! I wish your family a safe, happy, and yummy holiday!
